Comfortable town centre pub down a side street just off the busier main pub area. Serves Joseph Holt Bitter and sometimes a guest from Bootleg or another Joseph Holt Beer. This pub should be included on any trip around Bolton town centre, especially at weekends. There is a large function room adjacent to the main bar on the lower level which shows as Bank St Bar on Google maps and is only open on Saturdays. The pub has an interesting collection of wall art.
