The small size of the venue allows for plenty of conversation and two large windows help to provide a light and airy feel. The bar has four free-of-tie handpumps fed from an upstairs cellar. The pub serves a good range of beer styles with usually a dark beer, a bitter and a pale ale on the pumps.
