The Northern Quarter outlet for this nationwide chain owned by Cameron's opened in November 2025. It is a large space with tables surrounding a central bar. The bar has 30 lines, 6 cask and 24 keg.

Food will be burgers provided by a pop-up.

This was briefly Lamb of Tartary in 2024 and before that Cottonopolis 'The Lamb of Tartary' opened in March 2024. Formerly a tailor's shop this is a Grade II-listed building on the corner of Newton Street and Dale Street.
