Comprehensively remodelled in 2016. Four rooms and a hallway became two rooms in contemporary style, featuring grey paint and uncarpeted floors. A few old features remain. The pub's pride and joy is a 17th-century fireplace with ornamental plasterwork on the breast in the bar-room - the more recent fireplace with a large range is worth a look too.
