Stubborn Mule Brewery – Brewing, Distilling & Rectifying.

Brewing began in 2015 with a focus on producing well-balanced, characterful beers designed for flavour and drinkability.

In 2022 the brewery moved to larger premises in Timperley, increasing production capacity and expanding its taproom offering.

In 2025, Stubborn Mule moved into distilling and rectifying, adding small-batch spirits to the portfolio while continuing to brew its core beer range alongside occasional one-off specials.

The Brewery Taproom is open every Friday and Saturday with rotating street food vendors with 15+ of their own beers on cask/keg. See the website and social media for full details and event dates.
