Small bar set in former charity shop premises. Rustically appointed, one cannot be sure if you are viewing the finished article or something still in flux. The walls are decorated with quirky artwork, while the open ceiling is festooned with fairy lights. Clever use of space has been made at the front to create a small outdoor seated area, yet it remains under cover. Owner, David Thorley, used to have a share in Brewsmiths Brewery's bar in Bury, the Broad Street Social, and so Brewsmith beers will often be seen here. There is a tap wall of about a dozen taps for keg / membrane beers and a T-bar on the bar for more.
